"The Living Constitution" another liberal/progressive LIE. Part 1
When I first heard the words "living document" applied to OUR Constitution, it made me feel good...special...only we were good enough ...smart..enough...noble enough to have a "LIVING CONSTITUTION. ...All them other countries wuz jerks.
PRIDE is the first of SINS and will bite ya every time.
You see the idea behind the "Living Constitution" the trap for free Americans is that the "Courts" judges who are not elected by the people get to make the law, AS THEY THE JUDGES see FIT.
This is not how the Constitution was to work.
WE thePeople would vote for a Congress that would make the laws and if we the PEOPLE did not like that law, we would ask Congress to change it and if they would NOT, why we would vote them out. POWER TO THE PEOPLE.
Now the people vote for a law...3 or 9 judges toss it and we let them .That is NOT the way it was meant to work.
