Gretta's clothes dryer went out; so of course her friend Stef let her use her's while they both looked for a "nice" one. So then of course Stef's went out and they are both looking for the best deal on "Nice' ones.
Bob looked at Grrr as they had both machines apart in the garage. "Well "said Grrr. "judging by what we saw on the NET and by what the tests tell us I think we have two major problems.
"Agreed" replied Bob. "The heating unit and the Timer in Stef's have gone west and the Timer and blower in Gretta's have given up the ghost"
"Yep. We could take the parts from one to fix the other...but' Grrr said.
"But then we would still need one new machine and the other would work on 8 year old parts and who knows how long?" Mused Bob
"That is not the major problem. old ape..Think"
"Sure it is ole reptile ...I " said Bob.
"Ok. ole ape..who gets the " nice" new one and who gets the "old" rebuilt one? "
"Uh...I see your point pal. It would cost almost as much for parts, if we found them for old dryers as new ones. So there is only one thing to do. Grrr
"Yep. No way around it" The guys sadly looked at each other ..."We gotta go shopping..." : (
"Why do we have to go? Asked Grrr. "You know the girls are going to ask us what we think and than buy the one they want anyway."
"Of course,but if we dont go they will say we dont care. Only one thing to do. Go look give our honest opinions.There is a bright side. we can go look at the new TVs and Computers " replied Bob.
"old ape, you monkey people are not as dumb as ya look!" replied a happy Grrr
