CLINTION WILL HAVE A PEN AND CLINTON WILL HAVE A PHONE!

I am hearing people say "So what if Clintion wins as long as the GOP controls the Congress. What can Clintion do?"
Duh..The Gop has controlled the Congress since 14 and Mr. Obama with his EO's and influence over judicial appointments and federal grants has done a lot ! If Clintion wins, Clintion WILL appoint at least 1 justice and perhaps 3 and Clintion will appoint them. The Senate even if the GOP controls the senate cannot keep the bench empty for 4 years. Clintion can and will rule by EO if she cannot control the Congress and if Clintion does get the Congress..stand by. Even if Clintion did not get control of the Congress, the GOP is NOT going to get the 2/3 control needed to override a veto.of the pols pet bills, So if the pols want their pet bills passed and so get money for reelection the GOP must to a large degree work  with Clintion if she wins as they had to work with Mr. Obama 
SO yes! It matters very much who is President in 2017.
