Americans have since WW ll gotten their health care from their jobs mostly. The amount of care that Americans have come to expect is greater than that our parents expected. People simply will not put up with a tooth ache for example and will not settle for simply having that tooth pulled. Nope, that does not look nice. They want a replacement!
Same with other medical care. The day when the doctor stopped by the house for $5 is long gone. A doctor, I have read, said that even if they think that they know what the problem is, they must send you for tests to avoid being sued..for malpractice. That amount of care and the machines x ray..cat scans etc cost, yet people now demand it.
So, unless the jobs with health care come back...or until they do. Uncle is going to be required to provide Health care The voters will demand it and pols who want to keep their office will provide it.
So the question is: What will you REPLACE Obamacare with???
