"I hate zombie movies" said Grrr and  Vlad the vampire  nodded in agreement.
"Where is the art..where is the  craft in a zombie flick?"

"Night of the Living Dead" was a scary movie." said Bob.

"OK, that was a good horror flick" said Vlad   and Grrr nodded in agreement.
"But this whole wave of zombie movies...junk..just junk.' said  vlad 

"True, get a mob of extras, pour some red dye on them, dress, I won't use the word "costume"  dress them in dirty rags, no lines, so you don't have to pay  them more than scale and   two or three film school dropouts running around screaming...this is art?  This is scary?" Asked Grrr.

The Creature would have a fit...Andy Ant  has gone back to  the nest  and Bruce has retired to his cruise gig."

"Hold on, Grrr ..The Creature..The Creature from the Black Lagoon...You guys know the Creature???" asked Bob.

"Yep, replied Vlad, in the monster community all the old hands know each other. The Creature got so mad when they started this wave of Zombie movies, he headed back to the Amazon. I felt the same way  and went home.  I mean Zombies..they make "Friday the 13th"  look like "Henry V". 

The whole monster movie field has gone to the dogs....worse than those beach party monsters in the 1960's" said a dejected Grrr.
"Most zombies, stumble along at what? 1/2 a mile an hour? How can something that slow catch anyone? said Grrr.

"true mine friend! You haf a cast of very athletic looking people, yet der zombie catches them?" said Vlad.

"Well, dont  forget they fall down and yell.."said Bob.

"Ha! think about it pal , ya got people who look like they spend their life in the gym and they cannot run 20 feet with out falling???Gad..that is not "suspension of disbelief" that is idiocy!"  "But if it is in the script, you gotta follow the script?" Asked Bob

"That is why you READ the scrip before you take the gig!!!" roared Grrr.

"Ya" agreed, Vlad. " Much would a actor do for a part! but there are limits!!!"
