The Constitution is the social contract of the American people, not a "world wide declaration of human rights

I keep hearing of world "governance"  on the TV , from people who should know better.  Endless talk of world "governance" and universal right and  some how tied to our Constitution. The Constitution is the social contract of the American people, not a "world wide declaration of human rights" and as a contract it means what it says and ONLY what it says and can ONLY be changed by the rules written with in that contract!!!! AND is only binding on the people who are covered by it!!DUHH

We did not conquer the world!! Nor do we want to! we have no more right to tell people in other lands what to do than they have to tell us!
 So, OUR Constitution CAN only apply to us!!!
