But ya see this (Gun control issue) is not about saving lives in my opinion it is about political control. You see the states in my opinion are free to issue what laws they will in this area and do Are not the gun laws in Ny different than Fl? Even cities have their own laws..ex; the Sullivan act in NYC...So why try and bend or perhaps destroy the BOR?? The object is first centralization of power and then taking control of that power.
