Ok how "PORK" work

 Ok how "PORK" works; older than Rome. I propose a popular program and pals who know they will need my help for their programs support it Say we start small only $10,000,000 of public money to fund it. Call it "Class in how to be kind". I mean ya do wanta be kind right? or are ya a "hater"? It just so happens that, my supporters Mike and Mary are "kindness instructors." So after I take care of the locals to get permission to give the class say $1,000,000 . I pay Mary and Mike $9000.000 for expenses. Perhaps they hire some people I recommend some people my political pals know, and then M&M kick in say $2000.000 for my reelection. Mike and Mary get to keep perhaps $5,000,000. The program, if I get reelected and they "do the right thing" may get funds every year .This is why pork is seldom cut. You dont take care them..they dont take care of you..Old as Rome. (and if the money is there BOTH parties do it)

You see Trump's foes were not Dems  as dem, nor were his friends Repubs as repubs. Trump's foes were the PC dem and PC neoconrepub.

In fact the old line republican never trumpers hated him far more than many of the dems did. You see what we have, is what all human cultures have a political ruling class.

Trump, it was felt,took not only Hill's spot but pushed aside Jeb Bush and as it were jumped the line. Now Trump's children could have gone into politics, and worked their way up in the party. But for Trump to not just give money but to jump the line? That, by God, is unforgivable to the never Trump PC  in the GOP. The elite have positions to protect! If the line can be jumped? who is safe???

Filling a Court seat

 Under the Constitution, the president may appoint a candidate to fill a seat on the High Court and if the majority of the Senate agrees, that person sits.

Now as a Courtesy the rule was that 60 votes would be used in the senate. But the Constitution only requires a majority. Using  only a majority is called the "nuclear option" and Harry Read tht DEM leader of the SENATE at that time,  use the nuclear option to smash opposition  and cast aside that courtesy,,the dems had the majority at that time, to vote in PC judges and justices. He was warned that he would regret it  but he figured that his side could not lose, So the DEMS set the rules and now dont like their result.

 For years we of the USA have been blamed for the failure of the League of Nations and thus WW ll. "oh if only the USA had followed the dream of Wilson and joined the League" How often that has been written. BS simple, Britain and France had more than enough power to bock both Germany and Japan and Italy and they knew it. What the Euros did not have was the will to use that power. Germany and Japan knew it and called their bluff.Is was the failure of Euros that led to WW ll. We saved them ..simple

Background to the Constitution

For about 1000 years a class system had developed in Europe

In most cases you were born with the right to rule (blueblood)

The commons( None noble) were simply born common and had to be TOLD.It was that simple old chap.More than that God decided what family you were born into and thus what your status would be.( of course there were revolt and usurpation from time to time but this was the general mind set. So when our Constitution said that WE THE PEOPLE had the ability and more the right to set up a government it shook the social order of the world.

Background to the Constitution

Since the fall of Rome in the West about 450 AD;  life for people in many cases became very uncertain. Plague, war, famine, fire and flood.
We may thing a barbarian movie is cool, But they lived in one. It was not until about 800 AD with Charlemagne  that things seemed to get better.but  than he died and we got the Vikings for 200 years, than the Norman.  England  from about 400  had the Pict and Anglo Saxons, than the Normans, oh  and the plague  Think we got a problem now the Black Death took out 33% of Europe.
People just wanted order.and the ONLY way it seemed to prevent endless fighting  was to have a sure way of knowing who  was who and for about 1500 years  the best way to know that was  seem to be birth. So we had the class system. You were born in your class and in most cases died in your class
Religion was a factor as it helped to keep order , God would punish those too evil and God would have you born into the class he wanted you in.
Even today in Europe the class system is a very real thing. Make a joke about the prince or Queen to an Englishman and you will I think find that he does not see the humor! Here too in the USA we have those who think that they are elite..the new aristocrats.

Picking up the phone with one claw while he typed with the other, he said  "Grrr Rex here wanna ya want?"

"I was temped to eat a few of the cast but the director said if I ate any but extras it was coming out of my pay.
"Yep, As I recall directory and studio suits are not known for being warmblooded. replied Grrr.
"Anyway not at lot of call for us in movies. I am well supplied the Mrs stocked a lot away...
"The ladies are good are good at that" replied Grrr,
"I heard through the grapevine that a new Godzilla movie was in the works and that Bruce the Shark had a fin in it..I know you guys are long time friends and I was wondering......asked Dragon
"Not a problem I will call him. US reptiles gotta help each-other out." replied Grrr
"Yep as long as it is not the same prey..." said Dragon

"Truth, but the girls gotta think it looks good on them or else"
"I know ole ape but think.  In films thay gotta make costumes all the time and ..."

"Some of them anyway and they still owe me a favor  or if they wont do it for me ...they will for Bruce the shark...he knows everybody in film land."

"you know how the girls are..If one gets one, she wants one for her friend. That is why Stef gave the suit to Gretta." said Bob

"Pal, ya wanna tell Gretta or Stef that you forgot one of them?"

The calls were made. The suits were ordered and the wives had a good day at the Pool

"News flash pal, ladies like to shop and buy new stuff, Gretta is a raptor lady and the girls are friends so of course they go places together!"
"Yeah..Well now Gretta wants a swimsuit and being a dino she got a tail and ..that is a problem.  I just told her to cut a hole in the suit but she said she is a respectable lady raptor , leader of her pack; and that is simply not proper!  So now she is mad at me."

I favor a path to citizenship as the best thing 
A. Secure the border. 
B. if the illegal is working.not on welfare and has no record. they get a month to sign up. If they have family and the family are not employed but YOU (the candidate) will sponsor them, old folks, wife at home etc..they are covered. BUT they must also pass step E. 
C. Anyone found working without the card after the month is deported and the people who employed them are fined:100 per day for an individual and 1000 a day for a firm with 1 year in jail for the second conviction.
D. The now legal guest worker must get FULL American rates of pay and benefits. We will have no serf class in this free land.
E.They must learn English, American History, Constitution, renounce all foreign allegiance and pass the citizenship test with in 5 years..Once that is done WELCOME new chum..
