While I take the position that the Constitution and the Bill of Rights was meant to bind the Feds not the States, each state has it own Constitution. Any Red flag law is unconstitutional on the federal level  on the face of it as it denies a full due process..allows one's home to be searched without a warrant and arms ( property ) to be taken all on an "Anonymous" tip to a judge or one given by an angry person.  And  ignores the shall not infringe part of the second amendment That violates at least 4 amendments of the Bill of Rights and if allowed will be extended.
Better in my view to remove the GUN FREE ZONE as the maggot said he picked one as low hanging fruit was easier to pick.  meaning unarmed people cannot shoot back.
