The Meteor...part ll

"Hah..So I figure that I better get back to the cave and ya know keep an eye on things...."
I finished my bronto..gotta eat; and started home but I figured that I better stop and pick up a few things Gretta asked for. She worries. Anyway, when I got to the store a lot of stuff was gone. Lucky I had a lot of stuff stashed in the back of the cave. We had this glacier and it was good for storing stuff. You know Bronto legs and stuff like that. All we had for that sort of stuff and water course. You apes had not yet invented Root beer..Kinda slow species. Anyway. It was getting dark kinda early...of course we had watches! Whata think we wuz prehistoric or something? This does not look good I said to me and got back to the cave.

'Hey humans. I was helping the ole ape and watching TV. Stroms ..ya should have been here when the meteor came in,,THAT was climate change for ya. I"..."Dont forget who found that nice inland cave" Said Gretta. "I wont babe. Any way there I was minding my own business munching on a Bronto, when the bright light came accross the sky...I said self that is very strange and went back to lunch..hey a guy gotta eat and rootbeer was not invented yet, knew ya apes were good for something. Any ways I feel this big K-BOOM and I said I hope that is not a big storm course I was on the way to get the stuff Gretta wanted, you know storm stuff and stopped for lunch> Anyway the sky went dark and there was this BIG dust cloud, rain ..lightning..I mean you humans think ya know from storms?? Hah..So I figure that I better get back to the cave and ya know keep an eye on things....
